The Volter L series is an industrial CNC router available in two working sizes; 1610 x 2600mm to suit 8×4’ sheets; 2150 x 3200mm to suit jumbo panels or full sheets of acrylic. As standard the machine is equipped with a powerful 6kW HITECO spindle and vacuum table with 6 controllable zones making it ideal for nesting operations. The 3 pneumatic table reference pins allow material to be quickly set on the table ready for machining with an exact base point.
A 7-position automatic tool changer is conveniently located at the front of the machine and protected with a swarf cover. The tool length sensor measures and calibrates tools prior to carrying out work.
At the foundation of the Volter is a steel welded frame, precision machined for the linear guides and helical racks. Servo drives on each axis (two on the Y axis for gantry movement) ensure accurate, repeatable machining.
The Volter L series runs on its own intuitive control software and is supplied with a Windows PC and 15” touch screen interface at the front of the machine for quick set up and program recall. The remote pendant allows base points and tools to be set up precisely. V-carve pro is supplied as standard.
Volter is a specialist European CNC manufacturer focusing on the production of robust and reliable 3 axis routers for use in a range of industries including sign making, prototyping, education, joinery and panel production, aluminium processing and more. Providing customers with a high-quality CNC solution backed by the best possible aftersales care has been key to the brands success.
