    Larger volume panel processors will appreciate the heavy duty construction of the SCM Class SI 300, SI 350 and SI 400 sliding table panel saws. The anodized aluminium sliding table runs on a high-precision “arch formed” hardened steel guides, fixed on the carriage by means of mechanical bending system – the result is an incredibly strong table that is both light and precise. Add to this the 10 year table guarantee and it becomes clear why the SCM Class SI range is the choice for thousands of joinery companies world wide.

    Choose the power and capacity you need;

    SCM Class SI 300 – 300 mm diameter blade, 100 mm cutting depth, 5 kW main motor, riving knife mounted crown guard

    SCM Class SI 350 – 350 mm diameter blade, 118 mm cutting depth, 7 kW main motor, overhead crown guard

    SCM Class SI 400 – 400 mm diameter blade, 140 mm cutting depth, 7 kW main motor, overhead crown guard

    As standard the machine includes a robust squaring frame (outrigger support) with telescopic crosscut mitre fence and two flip over stops, complete with an idle roller for aiding panel loading/ unloading. Increase working accuracy by specifying the option digital readouts for the flip over stops including fine adjustment.

    The rip fence support is of cast iron construction, with the rip fence itself made from precision aluminium profile. The system features a metric increment scale, glides on a steel bar and can be precision set with micrometric adjustment. For guaranteed precision from one operator to the next, add the optional electronic digital readout to the fence.
