• Description

  Designed for high production processing of metal punched/ laser-cut/ routed/ water-jet cut parts, the Houfek Maxx 8W offers both dry and wet configurations. Whether you are looking to calibrate, deburr, finish or edge round, this wide belt sander can be specified with any combination of roller disc and brush heads to deliver consistent, reliable results.

  Working width capacity for the Houfek Maxx 8W include 1100, 1350 and 1550mm with a thickness range from 0.5 to 160mm (or 220mm as option). For small parts a vacuum or magnetic bed is available with automatic demagnetizer. Standard features on the Maxx 8W include programmable control with 10.1” colour touch screen, motorised table height adjustment, digital measuring of table position, rubber pressure rollers, automatic feed belt tracking, pressure safety switch, internal LED lighting and glazed side access door for easy viewing.
