A – Rebuilt
- Machine is stripped down to the basic main frame/casting
- Specialist engineers examine all components for possible defects
- All work surfaces, slideways, etc, are re-machined as necessary, bearings, drive belts, etc, replaced and spindles tested for defects, replaced or machined as required
- Control systems checked and updated where required, electrical wiring replaced and isolator fitted
- Check to ensure complete as specification
- Check ref health and safety (PUWER) regulations … safety equipment updated as necessary
- All drives, settings, guides, etc, tested for accuracy and adjusted as necessary
- Machine repainted inside and out and polished to ensure as new appearance
- Provide necessary tools and operating instructions
- Test run electrically and mechanically to ensure performance and accuracy meets or exceeds original manufacturer’s parameters
- Warranty – Comprehensive cover for 12 months from date of supply
Option to return – Should there be any dissatisfaction with the machine supplied or any on-conformance with the above the equipment may be returned within 30 days of date of supply for a 100% refund against the original purchase price (delivery and return costs excluded). This arrangement would not however apply if a machine has been specially obtained at customer request to suit individual requirements or in cases where a machine may have been substantially modified at purchasers request to suit a particular mode of operation.

B – PREMIUM SERVICE
- Test run (electrically and mechanically) to ensure operational condition
- Check to ensure complete as specification
- Check ref health and safety (PUWER) regulations … safety equipment updated as necessary
- Check electrical equipment … defective components (if any) replaced and isolator fitted
- Check all drives, settings, guides, etc … adjust and service as necessary
- Clean machine throughout
- Check exterior paintwork to ensure good appearance… apply repaint as necessary
- Provide necessary tools and operating instructions
- Warranty – Covered against mechanical or electrical breakdown for 6 months from date of supply
Option to return – Should there be any dissatisfaction with the machine supplied or any non-conformance with the above the equipment may be returned within 30 days of date of supply for a 100% refund against the original purchase price (delivery and return costs excluded). This arrangement would not however apply if a machine has been specially obtained at customer request to suit individual requirements or in cases where a machine may have been substantially modified at purchasers request to suit a particular mode of operation.
